Design

We solve technical problems and think along with you. Starting from scratch or building on an existing design or idea from the customer, we realize complete projects in the 3D CAD environment from SolidWorks.

Because our employees also build the prototypes, they have eye for feasibility and cost-effective production.

Prototyping

In our modern and well-equipped workshop, we are able to realize prototypes in a flexible and fast manner.

This is possible for our own designs that we have realized ourselves, as well as for projects designed by our customers.

We keep a significant amount of standard components and base materials in stock to support short lead times.

For manufacturing processes that we do not support, we can rely on a selection of manufacturing partners with whom we have been working closely for many years.

Raepsaet prototyping

Production

Our workshop is equipped with modern CNC milling machines and machining centers, lathes and a complete set of classic mechanical machines and tools for machining, turning, drilling, sheet metal and finishing.

This allows us to produce mechanical components, parts, housings, … in small to medium series. We produce in various types of metal and plastics.

If desired, we can assist the customer in starting up large volume production with another manufacturer.
