Raepsaet Product Design is partner in the CrossRoads project “Bike Community Trailer” that develops a sustainable bike trailer to transport kids & cargo in the city.

Belgium and the Netherlands were already cycling countries, the corona crisis only exacerbated this. Bicycles were brought into the house en masse.

The demand for shared systems and, in particular, shared cargo bikes has also increased.

The consortium RAAF, Raepsaet Product Design and Dragon Plastics has therefore come up with an innovative solution: a bicycle trailer that meets the requirements of a cargo bike in terms of loading volume, but is a better choice in all respects (price, flexibility, maintenance, safety).

This project received financial support from the European Union.
